Crying in the Pantry

Why I Started Crying in the Pantry

To be real, I don’t actually have a pantry.

But I do have moments where I need to disappear for a minute.
And if I did have one, that’s exactly where I’d go.

Because sometimes motherhood feels like too much,
and there’s not always a place to put that.

The Honest Truth

Don’t get it twisted, I love my kids more than literally anything.

But there are days where I feel completely overwhelmed.
Where my brain won’t slow down.
Where the mental load feels endless.
Where I’m running on empty but am still needed by everyone.

And I know I’m not the only one. (Even though most days it feels like I am.)

I don’t think we talk about this part enough. The part where you’re doing your
best, but still feel like you’re barely holding it together. You know the one.

Why I Started This

That’s why I started Crying in the Pantry.

Not because everything is falling apart,
but because sometimes it feels like it might.

This is a space for the honest moments.
The unfiltered thoughts.
The small wins that don’t get celebrated enough.

Why You’re Here

If you’ve ever needed a minute,
felt overwhelmed for no clear reason,
or wondered if you’re the only one struggling to keep up…

I’m here to assure you that you’re not.

And you don’t have to pretend here.

Because here, we sugar-coat snacks, not life.
